Site Management Case Study

CIS’s experience managing and maximizing our own site portfolio puts us in a unique situation to help others achieve those same goals as well.    

In the early 2000’s CIS was approached by a high-rise building owner regarding the management of their rooftop.  The building owner was interested in gaining additional wireless revenue on the rooftop, but was more experienced in commercial real estate than wireless. Shortly after discussions began a rooftop management agreement was entered into and CIS ultimately became responsible for the building rooftop.  

Over the course of its management tenure, CIS helped to bring in close to $2M in incremental revenues from a variety of wireless carriers, WISPs, paging, and other wireless related rooftop tenants. CIS maintained a strong relationship with the building owner throughout that time until the asset was later sold to an unrelated party.
