West Alton Tower Lease Buyout

CIS Communications recently helped a local landowner segregate, market, and divest a multi-tenant American Tower wireless ground lease. We were able to assist the owner in inking a deal for not only the highest monetary value, but also the least onerous ongoing terms. When monetizing a lease, it is important to not only obtain the highest value, but also to make sure that the terms of the easement and lease assignment don’t hinder the value of the underlying ground. We were able to negotiate a deal that maximized the value of the lease and also kept the value of the underlying property intact.
